She Has been engaged in management consulting, Islamic banking ,business development, Human recourse Management and strategy. project management and development with both private and public sectors in several industries including Banking sector and professional business services. Her consulting projects included working with businesses directly and working through development Banks , design of educational and training programs specially for Islamic banks, international business, with focus on training methodologies through working on Assessment and evaluation of educational and training programs, Development of Strategic Business Plan for Establishing Higher Educational and training Institutions. Assessment of the training needs analysis, leading to the changes in the training curriculum .Development of training materials and manuals, and project evaluation. With Excellent Knowledge of staff performance appraisal and review systems; and organizational and human resource development with emphasis on logical framework and performance measurement.
She has an DBA & MBA degree in HR from European University, Switzerland , EMBA in Islamic banking from General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions CIBAFI ,and a BS in Business administration University. she also possesses several certificates has engaged in various workshops and public presentations in intercultural training. Also has a Certified Consultant in Management , Certified Human Resources Analyst , Certified CIPD trainer 
Moreover she delivered Several Training and Workshops for Branches and HQ– Tailor Made and Ready Made-mainly in , Business Planning for SME, Train the Trainer, human resources Management and strategy and Project Management for Small and medium  Business .
